Where can I find out about local attractions?
In the entryway/lobby of the library, we have a stand with informational brochures from many of the local attractions. Feel free to just browse or to take one home with you.
What sort of brochures do you have?
We have brochures from many of the local attractions, such as Chimney Rock, the Scottsbluff National Monument, and Lake Minatare. We will also have brochures for seasonal attractions, such as Oregon Trail Days, Wander Nebraska, and the Nebraska Passport.
Can I bring brochures to put on that display?
You can bring some, but please give them to a staff member. DO NOT just put them out on the display table.
Are there maps of the area available?
Most of the time, yes. We have a few different maps that we include in the display when available: 2 different Scottsbluff/Gering maps and a Nebraska State map.
