Where is the Play Space located?
You can find the Play Space downstairs in our Children’s Section. When you enter the building, go through the glass doors on the left-hand side (east end) of the lobby. Proceed around the corner and then straight ahead through the doorway that says CHILDREN’S SECTION above it. Take the stairs down and go around the corner. The Play Space is scattered around the edges of the room.
What is available for use in the Play Space?
We have a lot of options for children to utilize in the Play Space. We have a play house, a play kitchen set, a dollhouse, toy cars and trucks, tables and chairs, building blocks, puppets, and more.
What age is the Play Space designed for?
There are toys and activities for toddlers through elementary age children. Parents and older children are more than welcome to join their younger family members in using the items in this space.
NOTE: Teens and adults who are not accompanying a younger child should utilize the spaces designated for teens and adults.
Are the toys and surfaces cleaned regularly?
Yes. The surface areas are wiped down every day and the toys are disinfected at least once per week. If you are concerned about it, let a staff member know and they can spray them with a disinfectant mist before you use them.
