Where are the games and puzzles located?
You can find them on the book shelves in the Teen Zone against the wall between the teen computers and the junior books.
Can the games and puzzles be taken home?
The puzzles can be taken home. Just let a staff member know how many you have taken. They do not need to be checked out, but we do appreciate if you return them when you are done. Games may not be taken home unless they have a barcode on them. Then they will need to be checked out with a Gering Public Library card (or a card from a Panhandle Consortium library).
Do you have any games or puzzles other than what is on those shelves?
Yes, we do. Ask a staff member about others that we might have available.
Is there somewhere in the library to sit and play a game or work on a puzzle?
There is a table right by the game and puzzle shelf that you could use, if it is available. We have a couple other tables available as well (one in the Teen Zone and one by the Card Catalog).
