Bulletin Board

Where is the Bulletin Board located?

The Bulletin Board is on the wall to the left just as you come in the interior east entry door.

What information can be put on the Bulletin Board?

The Bulletin Board is used primarily to highlight free community events, services, and information.

Can I put something up on the Bulletin Board?

If you would like to have something put on the Bulletin Board, bring it to the circulation desk and ask them to post it. DO NOT tack it to the board yourself.

If I give something to the staff to post, will it be posted?

The Library Director (or designated staff person) will review the information and, if it fits our criteria, it will be posted. If it does not fit our criteria but is close, we might put it in our Community Connections area by the ramp.

How long can items be posted for?

An item can be posted for the life of the event(s) or meeting(s). If it is just an informational flyer, it will often remain up until any date that is on it has passed, or for one month if no date is on it.

Will I get my flyer back when it is taken down or if it does not meet the criteria?

Typically, the items taken down or never posted are just recycled. If you want them back, please make a note of that when you submit them (along with a contact number).
