The Friends of the Gering Library are having their annual meeting on Sunday, October 12th in 1:30pm at the City Council Chambers. Humanities Nebraska Speaker Charlotte Endorf will be there to talk about the WW II North Platte Canteen. Refreshments will be served. All are welcome.
MacKenzie Broderick from the AIM TRIO Program is offering a Basic Computer Skills class starting Tuesday, September 9th, through Tuesday, October 14th, from 9:30-11:30am. This course is designed to help participants build essential tech skills. **Please sign up at the front desk.**

Ashley Fenning is teaching Tai Chi on Wednesdays from 1-2pm starting on September 3 through December 17. *Participants should attend 11 out of 16 weeks to complete the program.* There is a one-time $20 fee, which will go toward Ashley’s training costs. CLASS IS FULL
Builders Club (previously LEGO Club) is designed for *kids 8+ to build and experiment with LEGO bricks and more. Each month we will have different building challenges and structured STEM activities. *Kids under age 8 are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a parent.
