On Saturday, December 20th, from 1-3pm, we are celebrating 75 years of the Peanuts comic strip with a Charlie Brown Christmas-themed party. This event is for K-5th grade youth (Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by and adult). We will have crafts, games, snacks, and more!
The library will be closing at 12pm (noon) on Christmas Eve.
We will be closed on December 25th (Christmas Day) and December 26th.
Join us for a fun afternoon of board games. You can bring your own game or try one of the ones in our collection. Come by yourself or bring others with you. It’s a fun and relaxing way to spend the afternoon and get to know different people.
We will be closing at 4:30pm on December 31st for New Year’s Eve.

Gering Library continues its partnership with Scott Free Brewing for Pints & Plot Twists, a true crime book club. The next meeting is on January 6th, at 6:30pm, at 1032 O Street in Gering. This month’s book is “The Art Thief” by Michael Finkel.
